We are located in Piedmont, SD, and are ready to serve anywhere in the Black Hills area.

Dressing:

1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar

Tossed Ingredients:

2/3 cup craisins, soaked in hot water 10 minutes and drained
2 cups chopped sweet apples (like Red or Golden Delicious)
2 cups chopped Granny Smith or other tart apples
1 Tbsp lemon juice to toss with apples so they don't turn brown
1/3 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped pecans

Mix it all together and refrigerate. Maybe add a little cinnamon and nutmeg to taste if you like.
